Richard & Debbie Tracy have served with Youth With A Mission since September 1992. He and Debbie founded Youth With A Mission Panama in 1993 and are the pioneers and former directors of YWAM Chiriqui, Panama. His family is part of five generations of missional and ministry service. Their adult children are currently serving God in their missional callings. Richard regularly teaches on relationships, spiritual warfare, discipling nations, leadership, marriage and family. Debbie serves along side of Richard and has been involved in leadership of every aspect of the mission. She currently focuses on the education and discipleship.
