Richard and Debbie Tracy are the founders and executive directors of YWAM Panama, where they have served in training and mobilizing the Panamanian, Central American, and Mexican church to reach the unreached. They have a specific focus on youth and indigenous peoples. Rich and Debbie are currently involved in global leadership development with YWAM’s Leadership Training School and the Executive Master of Leadership and Global Pioneering.
